Problems

Embracing our PROBLEMS as an opportunity for growth with gratitude is the skill of an Emotionally Fit and wise heart.

Without challenges in love, relationships, health and finances we would not make any progress.

A better quality of problem will evolve as we improve self-care and intercept our crises with love instead of fear.

What do I mean when I say love instead of fear?

I mean putting what we know is the most loving, kind, compassionate, intelligent, respectful version of ourselves forward. Giving our heartfelt best to others and ourselves instead of our ego-driven worst.

A large majority of our problems arise from our ego self (our masculine or external selves). In other words, our physical shell, our intellectual selves that others see and hear. There is nothing wrong with our ego; we all need an external shell to house our internal selves.

However, too often our ego wants to run our whole life, omitting our innate, unique sense of self in fear that others may not approve. That is when real PROBLEMS arise. If our authentic truth, our heartfelt self (our feminine or internal selves), is ignored, we will end up emotionally lost. Our heart’s voice leads us home. It is our true north. Home is where our heart is. Too often we dismiss or push past what we feel and know is right and emotionally healthy for us because it is inconvenient for our ego.

The saying “ladies before gentleman” could have originated not as a demeaning sexist statement, but as a wise psychological strategy. What if we put our feminine selves (our authentic truth and common sense) before our masculine external selves? This would mean our authentic truth would lead us through life.

Many of our problems would dissolve.

So let us do our best to not complain about our life’s growing pains as we learn, heal and emotionally mature by remembering …

Many issues we allow to upset us are simply luxury PROBLEMS and a by-product of our heart’s growth.

And…

A bad day for our ego can be a great day for our heart if we are willing to learn from it.

Lotsa love Cynthia xxx
