Cynthia Morton is a best selling Author, Blogger, Speaker and Founder of the multi award winning Emotional Fitness Program. Preferring to be described as a Hope Masseuse, Word Smith and Author/Writer/Speaker, Cynthia has helped ten’s of thousands of Australians since 1995 – from the leaders of commerce and industry, indigenous communities, elite athletes and teens – improve their emotional health and well-being. Her extraordinary work has been recognized with an
Australian of the Year Award (Qld. Local Hero Category 2005), The Prime Ministers Award of Excellence Award, and The Pride of Australia Medal.

In October Cynthia is launching her books Four Seasons of the Heart. Based on the four seasons of our calendar year, The Four Seasons of the Heart is made up of four books full of beautiful black and white images that Cynthia’s husband Mr Delicious has lovingly photographed. The Four Seasons of the Heart is a resource guide, sharing everyday examples on how to build and sustain Emotional Fitness, providing a focus on the language of the heart through the use of Emotional Fitness approach as it helps the reader master how to hearticulate their truth with confidence, clarity and calm assertion.

Cynthia Morton’s keynote speaking engagements, presentations and workshops offer a common sense formula and emotional tools that take the individual on a voyage of discovery. She explores the impact emotional illiteracy and heart trauma has on a human heart as it gets stuck in the mode of survival.

As a columnist for BalanceByDeborahHutton Better Health Magazine, Spa Life, Brisbane Circle, Spark Magazine, Style Magazine Cynthia is often asked to comment in the media on emotional issues.
