Drama

It’s just a little short and sweet word today …

When we commit to working on improving our Emotional Fitness the quality of our relationships will improve.

Many of us get stunted emotionally by allowing our fears to block our growth, overwhelming us.

It doesn’t matter what age we are, fear keeps us powerless and emotionally small like children.

Becoming willing to emotionally mature doesn’t mean DRAMA will be gone from our lives; life at times is DRAMATIC.

Working on our Emotional Fitness just gets rid of the cheap DRAMA; for there is no higher DRAMA than true personal growth. Nothing could be more genuinely DRAMATIC than ending or birthing a brave new chapter in your life, processing deep grief and allowing true love into your heart.

Just some quick tips to ensure we minimise cheap DRAMA from repeating in our lives …

It’s wise to avoid making big promises when we’re elated with happiness; when we’re calm and settled is a clearer time.

Postpone giving answers when we’re angry; again calm and settled assertion breeds respect.

Wait and take our time when it comes to making big decisions when we’re sad; when calmness returns so does emotional wisdom and one last suggestion ..

Avoid conversations that start with “So this bitch …”

May today be free from cheap DRAMA for us all!

Lotsa love Cynthia xxx
