Judgemental

An adult needs to learn to deal with being unfairly JUDGED. It happens to us all.

When we decide to JUDGE others with fear fuelling our argument it might make us self-righteously feel empowered for a while; but ultimately all our fear and guilt eventually boomerangs back at us.

When we JUDGE other people they are likely to pick up our fear and boomerang our judgements right back at us.

And, even if they don’t we’ll feel like they did.

So let’s not JUDGE others or ourselves even for judging others. We all have behavioural preferences, but in the end we all need to be allowed the dignity of our own mistakes without others pointing fingers.

So just a short and sweet message when it comes to JUDGEMENT with a simple suggestion.

Let’s try to replace our judgement with curiosity and to treat others as we would like to be treated, especially when we stuff up?
